Notice of Change in Funds Availability Policy

When you opened your account you received a disclosure entitled “Your Ability to Withdraw Funds”. This disclosure states that our general policy is to make funds from your cash and check deposits available to you on the first business day after the day we receive your deposit. Your disclosure also referenced situations where longer delays may apply and how much of your deposit will be made available on the first business day.

Effective July 21, 2011, if the bank decides to place a hold on your deposit, the amount of that deposit that will be made available on the first business day has changed from $100 to $200.
